  • Elevance Health system called Nextgen handles taking Appeals and Grievances from clients, and process them for approval, and generating acknowledgment and decision letters to the customer. It also takes the case from many external systems like Compass, Sydney Medicaid, Smart Intake, etc. and process the same in the Elevance Health system. The system even handles the SLA for the Nextgen created cases.

Cisco’s AEM Latency testing mainly involves performance testing, including Latency testing. The performance testing conducted has revealed the latency and the performance testing results. Tracked the test results using the tools JMeter and Blaze Meter. The tool has derived values like Throughput, Average response time, Latency, etc. Using both JMeter and Blaze Meter, and able to record the scripts and generate which in turn produced the performance testing results.
