Responsibilities include identifying and retrieving customer requested product throughout store, coordinating and communicating with fellow associates to ensure proper and timely delivery of customer requested product, creating and implementation of organization systems to ensure customer receives correct product in a timely manner, moving large and heavy containers by hand throughout workday, ensuring product is kept in appropriate container and containers are kept in appropriate coolers or storage areas, retrieval and timely delivery of customer orders to customer's vehicle, training junior associates on daily tasks to ensure work is completed according to company standards, and verifying identification to ensure alcohol and other age-restricted items are not given to under-age customers.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing freight inventory, operation of power equipment including forklifts, power jacks, walkie-stackers, and scissor lifts, moving freight from backroom to sales floor and stocking said freight on sales floor shelves, counting and verifying overstock inventory in backroom, facing and organizing product on sales floor shelves, friendly customer service including answering questions about product, identification and locating customers preferred product, and recommendations of store product based on customer description and requests, training of junior associates on various skills and tasks required for satisfactory job completion.

Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling shifts for multiple associates, training and supervising associates in a day-to-day setting, preparing and cooking hot and ready-to-eat meals, cleaning and maintaining a fully stocked kitchen, ensuring kitchen and raw foodstuffs are meeting food safety standards, verifying and cashing payroll checks, receiving and stocking new inventory, running a point of sale cash register system, daily handling and storage of large sums of cash, verification of I.D.s to prevent sales of alcohol to under-age customers, friendly face to face customer service, stocking facing and re-organizing of product displays throughout store.

Due to nature and location of store also responsible for safety of fellow associates and store product.

Responsibilities included driving company vehicles to and from customer locations, safe operation of large machinery, processing and disposing of large scrap metal and semi-truck parts, removal of decals and prepping vehicles for paint application including sanding and detailed cleaning of large commercial vehicles, housekeeping duties such as sanitation, trash removal, and general organization of tools and vehicle parts.
