- Conducted approximately 227 hours of leading and mentoring 31 marines in handling all administrative requirements to include weekly physical training, medical/dental hit lists, annual training, and 47 total hours of conducted counseling sessions effectively ensuring the detachment's readiness, health, and well-being. - Coordinated, led, and supervised a myriad of classes for the detachment to include the Principals of a Fitness Report, along with a tuition assistance, Veterans Affairs, and a financial management class provided by the Marine Corps Community Services team directly impacting the personal and professional development of detachment personnel. - Efficiently supervised and led personnel administratively within the detachment by conducting the following: coordinated working parties and unit functions, maintained accurate accountability of approximately 46 ACD Marines, conducted morning/afternoon formations, and ensured a constant flow of communication and updates throughout the detachment to effectively maintain unit cohesion and organization.

-Supervised Marines in the systems section in support of personnel across Wing Support Squadron 373 (MWSS-373) during the Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 1-21. -Maintained proper accountability, operational functionality, and the organization of approximately 5.7 million dollars-worth of systems communications equipment. -Evaluated Systems Marines for approximately 150 hours to ensure 100 percent accuracy when issuing semi/annual proficiency and conduct marks. -Supervised the establishment of more than 40 Video Tele-Conferences (VTC) in support of Marines across MWSS-373 and Marines forward deployed to Kuwait. -Resolved critical issues relating to printing capabilities throughout ongoing missions during ITX, effectively supporting higher echelon Marines across MWSS-373. -Mentored no less than 13 Marines daily within the systems section on various subjects to include Marine Occupational Specialty (MOS) proficiency, online training, establishing and accomplishing goals, as well as their personal and professional development.

-Acted as Rapid Response Kit (RRK) team leader during the Battalion Field Exercise; provided swift and reliable data communications to support approximately 150 users across the battalion to include the Battalion Commander and Sergeant Major. -Served as a senior designated leader during the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Lane Trainer; mentored Marines in post-lesson practical application covering the training received. -Mentored and instructed Marines in data systems training; oversaw the training of 9 Marines on data and networking equipment in preparation for the Charlie Company Network Exercise. -Mentored approximately 26 Marines within 2nd platoon daily on various subjects to include job proficiency, online training, as well as personal/professional development. -Acted as site lead during the Tactical Elevated Antenna System (TEAMS) mast training to provide tactical communications across two platoons with 53 total personnel; cross-trained 18 Marines in equipment outside of their Marine Occupational Specialty.

- Ensured 100% efficiency of food booth food supply and building repairs while working as supervisor for the restock crew.

- Supervised approximately 37 people collectively across 3 different food booths effectively ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency of operations resulting in a constant productive workflow during the festival seasons.

- Developed and distributed event surveys to gather feedback and assess event success.

• Set up event facilities and equipment, cleaned areas, and organized supplies.
• Performed post-event tasks such as breaking down areas, removing trash, and cleaning facilities.
• Constructed displays and easy-to-read signage to help guests navigate attractions area.
• Supervised gameplay and monitored guests' actions to prevent theft.
