2 Years 6 Months- Took the role as a Baroid Service Supervisor 2. Current day to day objective is ensuring all 6 rigs I over see are getting quality service from personnel and equipment provided. Troubleshoot any time there is equipment failure to keep rig or customer from going on down time. Keep up with daily costs and EOM/EOW invoices. Send out daily reports to customer with equipment run time etc. Visit all rigs day to day to keep good standings and communication with operator. Hold Monday and Friday conference calls with my team to discuss safety and stress the importance of SWA, 5 checks to go and JSA’s. Meet with Halliburton HSE rep monthly to go over new strategies or ideas to implement into our work safe culture out on the rig. Ensure anytime an accident happened on location myself and my operations manager are on location immediately to asses personnel and situation that occurred.

1 Year 8 Months- Worked as a Halliburton service operator for 1.5 years. My work objective is to run multiple centrifuges as per mud engineer when needed to help cut out Low Gravity Solids or to cut/maintain a certain mud weight. I also partake in general duties as moving cuttings with an excavator and or front end loader, maintaining equipment such as BC20 small bowl centrifuges, Derrick 7200 big bowl centrifuges, and GTech 1656 small bowl centrifuges, along with FSI & Derrick dryer shakers. Also keep up with daily reports, customer costs, daily JSA reports and conference calls.

2 Years 10 Months- Worked as a Floorhand for Nabors drilling 2015-2017. Assisted in tripping pipe in/out of well, making connections of 5 to 5 1/2inch drill string. General housekeeping of rig floor and rig location. Performed duties such as loading and unloading chemicals, mixed chemicals, I was safety captain of my crew which I would lead pre and post tour safety meetings and keep daily records of hydration charts, and JSA’s.
