As a Camera Operator I safeguarded businesses by detecting people and vehicles on live video camera feeds. This included daily activity reports, working with dispatchers to resolve security breaches, and investigating activity to make sure property is secured.

• Review footage of stores for theft, employee misconduct, uniform infractions, and timesheet verifications
• Relay information to general managers and district managers who handle the situations with employees

• Making weather updates and have the whole team be up to date with information

• Ensure there are ample baskets at all entrances for customers to shop
• Communicate issues to the parking lot to Service Manager and Director
• Assist customers in unloading merchandise to their vehicle and carry outs
• Work inside when staff was short and assist and work with customers
