- At this previous job I was an all-around worker, I handled shipping but spent a lot of time fixing machinery and maintaining it all. I also did a lot of continuous improvement for the mill. Lastly, I operated the forklift frequently because there are only a few people that are allowed too.

- At this job I was an all-around forklift driver. I operated all of the forklifts and also the yard dog, which was used to move all the semi-trailers. One of my main responsibilities was to make sure that all the doors got shipped. Before shipping I was a millwright and worked on all the machinery and made sure production kept going.

- At Collins Products, I worked my way up to management. I spent all of my time in Hardboard Production. From day one all I wanted to know was how it all worked, so that was my goal! For 4 years I have spent my time learning as much as I could about the press and all surrounding operations. It took me most of that time to get all of the available qualification in production becoming and integral part of the team.
- During this time, I was picked to become a backup lead in the event the lead man was on vacation or unable to full fill his duties. I became an integral part of my shift and would do whatever was needed of me to keep the plant operational and to minimize downtime. I also was trained in the lab and spent a considerable amount of time covering the lab operations.
- October 2020: I entered the management team at Collins and became the relief shift Assistant manager/Quality Control. During this time it was my responsibility to keep our product in spec and oversee the production line to ensure not only that they were running efficiently, but also safely. Eventually my position evolved, at this point I overseen not only Production and the new Lab position but I also helped out the Coating Supervisor in his everyday operations. I have spent allot of my spare time not only in the Lab but also in Coating trying to get more experience with all the machine centers and how they worked.

- Conducted routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operations.
