Deli/Bakery Team Lead: As a Deli/Bakery Team Lead my focus was on the Bakery. My responsibilities included:

• Keeping up with and maintaining merchandise and correct on hands with monthly inventory counts.
• Maintaining a safe and clean department and to ensure my associates were following all local and federal food safety standards.
• Conflict resolution between associates
• Scheduling, attendance, and proper training for associates
• Keeping sales high and production numbers up
• During my time as a Team Lead my department saw a 22.3% increase in sales over that fiscal year.

As an OPD (Online, Pick Up, and Delivery) Associate I have several job responsibilities.

1. Picking: As a picker it is my responsibility to go out on the sales floor and pick the customer's merchandise that they ordered in a timely manner. To ensure they have the best product we offer that is always fresh and in date.

2. Staging: Staging is the task of giving the totes with the customers merchandise in it a back room location. Some times these totes can be as a light as a few pounds, and go up to fifty pounds plus depending on the order.

3. Dispensing: Dispensing is a very customer focused part of my position. Its main purpose to verify that it is indeed the customer who is picking up their order and to load it into their vehicle in a timely and safe manner.

During my time at Pella I worked the fiberglass side of the building at the time to help produce a quality product. I had started on the Casement line, and had also helped in the conversion of the line to what is known as CLAF and CSAW. My job responsibilities were as follow.

• Loaded and unloaded product on and off conveyor line by routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Followed job order for product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
• Exhibited excellent multitasking abilities, efficiently managing multiple machines simultaneously without sacrificing performance or quality standards.
• Reduced downtime through proactive troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions to line issues.
• Followed best manufacturing practices for operation of production equipment.
• Contributed to a positive company culture by actively participating in team meetings, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual support.
