- Every week I would ensure which missing items we had to take care of the most, I would make sure those items were looked at as often than others
- I would go through members' membership cards to make sure that the items they were purchasing were purchased properly when they didn’t have their receipt
- I would charge members items on the side who we already had suspicion of stealing until I got assistance to confront them
- During the pandemic I would make sure that customers won’t go past the grocery limits as the company ordered
