This tool is the visual interface integrated with Slack that then communicated with a Postgres database.
  • Participated in oncall rotation for SRE which required rotations once ever 5 weeks and to be available 24/7 for any p1 issue or alert.

Accomplishments

In four years time, I have progressed from an entry level customer service role to become a leading contributor as a Site Reliability Engineer. While overcoming new technological advances and shrinking my knowledge gap through networking, I also participated in pair programming with dev-ops, backend developers, and data teams throughout the organization.

During my two plus as an SRE at Shipt, I have commandeered 77 separate events including log lasting P1 incidents. These events have helped me as an engineer by providing the opportunity to communicate with other teams and learning how their services communicate through Shipt's microservice infrastructure.
