I'm a disciplined hard worker with over 4 years of experience in customer service and I am very confident in my ability to make and keep our customers happy. I learn quick, listen well, and I'll show up with a good attitude every day. I also have experience working in a time crunch.

At 19 I started running the tune shop by myself part-time. Duringthis time I learned:
1. Workplace Cleanliness (clean space = clear mind)
- This includes keeping good care of all the machines. Fully checking them over every morning and properly cleaning them at the end of every shift.
2. Quality Work
- Learned how to put my all into my work and appreciate the process.
- Learned how to continuously refine my methods and constantly strive for perfection.
3. Critical Thinking
- Dealing with unique problems all the time taught me how to be creative and use my resources to get the job done.
