Adept at leading teams and managing culinary events, my volunteer experience at Century High School honed my organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated teamwork and a positive attitude while supervising activities at the church, showcasing an ability to collaborate effectively and ensure event success. I was apart of my High School Culinary Program for all 4 years and learned restaurant level techniques along with how to operate in a food related business.
Throughout my Senior year of High School, I was involved in many Culinary related events and services.
My first event was serving food to our band members at a band tournament. The service was about 2-3 hours and the food we served were made by our very own Culinary class.
My second event was helping running a concession stand which took place after a choir concert. The food we sold were treats that our class made and this service was actually my friends senior project.
My last two events were also running a concession stand, but for a musical that my school was holding. The events took place on two different days, with each lasting around 2 to 3 hours.
I, along with a few other kids my age, were in charge of supervising groups of kids and leading them to different activities throughout the church. I also helped assist in special events and programs held at the church.
