Entry Level Butcher, Front Desk Help, Customer Service:
I am 17 and looking for my first job. I have worked a little with my mother helping her with projects for real estate clients and have also helped a little at my father's bakery in Black Mountain. I would really like to work at The Chop Shop and am hoping to get my foot in the door in any job you may have open.
COOKING / FOOD PREP: My experience in this field is all based on my home life I love to cook for my family I'm always making chicken cutlets and pork cutlets, and messing around with mushroom/onion sauces If I am being honest, I use a lot of premade sauce mixes, just because I am still learning sauce bases and stuff like that My favorite part is the cutting, pounding thin, slicing off the fat to make it perfect I spend hours in my mom's kitchen making food when I am with her
