I am honored to be considered for the Junior Achievement Board, as this organization played a pivotal role in shaping my career path. My journey with JA began in 2014 when Chris Burkhard introduced the program to Elkton High School, providing my first meaningful exposure to business and entrepreneurship. That experience sparked a passion that has guided my professional development and led me to a career in workforce development.
Currently, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Placers Staffing, I lead our largest client partnership while consulting with regional businesses on workforce development strategies. Over the past four years, I've had the privilege of coaching Delawareans in many different industries and stages of life, helping them navigate and advance their careers.
My expertise in workforce development, combined with my personal connection to Junior Achievement's mission, positions me uniquely to contribute to the board. I am passionate about continuing JA's legacy of fostering entrepreneurship and financial literacy among young people, just as the program did for me. I believe my experience in recruitment leadership and workforce development would bring a valuable perspective to advancing Junior Achievement's impact in our region.
Thank you for considering my candidacy for this meaningful opportunity.
