Samuel Jeon

As a commander in my ROTC program, I learned a lot of leadership and with those lessons, I was able to successfully lead my team to win first place at the Navy Nationals Competition for Drill, Academics, and Physical training located in Pensacola Florida.

In my job experience, I learned what it means to work as a team towards a common goal, as well as maintaining a level of professionalism. I had done my job well to the point where I was asked to stay for double the amount of time that I was originally supposed to work for.

Overall, I come from a background, where I learned interpersonal skills, both as a leader, and as a student who is barely learning the ropes of a job in the construction industry.
