- Maintain the grounds outside the building. Cutting grass, weed whacking, mulching, weeding flower/mulch beds, spring/fall cleanups, snow removal

- Available for overtime/doubletime

- Hold and maintain Mobile Elevating Work Platform certificate as well as an Asbestos (Class IV) Hazard Awareness Training certificate

- Night shift custodian for 10 years

- Worked with a team of 5-6 other crew members

- Cleaned/maintained a 250,00 sq ft facility both inside and outside

- Ran a variety of cleaning machines such as floor machines designed to strip, wax, extract, and top scrub floors and carpets
