Keep the children safe, share the faith in Jesus Christ, help with the activities, lessons, games, and coloring, and additionally, help with check-in/out of the children.

And maintaining order.

• Create a Welcoming Environment: greeting the children by name, making them feel part of the church, and that they belong.
• Connect with Children: Actively participate in activities, interacting with children, and fostering a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Assist with Check-In/Check-Out:Help with the smooth and efficient process of checking children in and out of activities.
• Maintain Order and Discipline: Help maintain a positive and orderly environment during activities, addressing any behavioral issues appropriately.
• Support Teachers: Assist lead teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and other tasks as needed.
• Pray for Students: Regular prayer for the children and their families can be a powerful way to support their spiritual growth.
• Attend Meetings: Participate in volunteer meetings to stay informed and contribute to the overall ministry.
• Follow Procedures: Adhere to established policies and procedures for safety, security, and ministry operations.

• Part of troop FL-0019, and became a ready Trailman: To achieve the Ready Trailman rank, a Trailman must complete any four of the nine required Trail Badges (Aquatics, Camping, Fire Ranger, First Aid, Our Flag, Outdoor Cooking, Ropework, Trail Skills, and Woods Tools).

• Before most of the parking team would get there I would help put out parking signs and parking cones and I would direct cars to their parking spot or id direct them to which parking area to go to before we started we would assign what each person would one person could be getting people into the parking lot another could be getting people into their parking spots another would be counting how many parking spots there is another could be directing people into main or overflow parking lot
