My most recent work experience I had was in the demolition field repairing and maintaining heavy and small equipment, then has my skills grew the chance to hone in on my welding I moved to fabricating, repairing cracks and breaks in metal both in a shop and out in the field. The opportunity to be a full time skid steer operator on a crusher came up, when the plant was down it was my job to conduct repairs of all manners and perform on the fly repairs on systems such as hydraulic lines and cylinders, 480 volt 3 phase electrical motors, transformers, relays and generators. Sadly the foremen at the time left and I stepped up to fill that roll and ran the operation of the crusher as well as permitting and sales. My experience as a foremen thought me how to lead as well as balance work loads and people.
