Second time working with Virgin Galactic. Am helping develop and refine the project known as "Iron Bird". This is a testing asset for Virgin Galactic that allows engineers to rigorously test all systems and subsystems for every spaceship that is made or will be made in the future. Am working alongside engineers to build, test and finish the Iron Bird Project. Duties include fabrication of parts, installation, hydrostatic testing, and use of 3DX software.

Second time working for Airborne also known as AMES ( Aviation Maintenance and Engineering Services). Completed C Checks on Boeing 767 aircraft for the ABX airline.

• Completed C Check for Raytheon at their hangar in Ontario, California. Required security clearance and special protocols through the entire duration of maintenance.

• Worked line maintenance for AIR TRANSPORT INTERNATIONAL ON 767 cargo jets at Rockford airport. Service checks, quick turns, and overnight maintenance were conducted along with time sensitive servicing and maintenance to keep the planes green and on time for departure. This requires constant vigilance to respond to pilot needs as well as loading needs as planes are being readied for takeoff.

• Working for Virgin Galactic at the facility in Mojave California, developed an intimate knowledge of working with composites and working on systems that support flights into space.

• Conduct pre flight, through flight, and post flight inspections on King Air 200 aircraft. Also performing daily ground operations such as marshaling, towing, and fueling of aircraft for each individual flight. Perform maintenance as required and document each inspection in logbook. Perform phase inspections regularly which require more extensive and detailed heavy maintenance on aircraft.

• Performing line maintenance on Boeing 737 Cargo aircraft as well as 767’s in Wilmington, Ohio for AMES on their Amazon Prime flight schedule. Extremely fast paced and demanding line maintenance environment. Service checks, gate calls, overnight repairs, troubleshooting, quick turns, as needed.

• Concentration storage work for planes being downed due to ongoing COVID pandemic. Also assisted reactivation work bringing numerous aircraft back into service. Received 737 Gen FAM.

• Completed contract in Mobile Alabama on UPS aircraft exclusively. Very fast paced and demanding work environment with duties including; Complete teardown of aircraft including flight control wings, ailersons, horizontal stab etc. Removal and install tires and breaks, landing gear doors, and flight control hardware for routine inspection. Operated lifts and conducted ground operations. All work done on Airbus 300’s.

• Completed GEN FAM course for the Boeing 767. Line maintenance for Amazon Prime cargo jets including 737’s and 767’s for FEAM at CVG. Also Traveled abroad to other stations such as Baltimore and Portland.

• Performed line maintenance for CommutAir at Washington Dulles Airport. Fast paced environment requiring quick turn maintenance, gate calls, service checks, as well as proficiency with manuals, computerized maintenance paperwork and parts ordering. Worked solely on the Embraer 145 regional jet.
