PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE - Frozen Foods Department

Coborns Inc. (Cashwise Foods)
07.2022 - 09.2024
  • At Cashwise, my day consisted of facing and stocking shelves, helping customers and keeping the displays and freezers clean. I enjoyed completing tasks with efficiency and accuracy. I practiced great communication to bounce ideas around and eliminate any bad ideas in place of good ones. I enjoyed helping people and striking up conversation to brighten their day. I received an employee of the month award twice for excelling in all of my competencies.

Security Gate Guard

PerMar Security
05.2020 - 06.2022
  • As a Security Gate Guard, I was responsible for opening/closing the stockyard gates. Checking customers and vendors in and out of the facility. Checking for stolen goods, and maintaining an accurate count on sales invoices. This was a fast paced position, in which constant focus and attention to detail were paramount in order to keep customers and employees safe. This was an all weather job so I was humbled by the elements but always took it as a challenge to be prepared for any situation.

Banking Customer Service

Capital One Bank N.A.
02.2019 - 03.2020
  • Customer Service at Capital One was what I can only explain as fast paced mental gymnastics. Being tactful with customer and company data was a top priority. I learned to assist customers with lost/stolen cards, account inquiries, unauthorized charges and payments/transfers, among many other responsibilities. A huge part of this position, was being able to adapt to the ever so sudden changes in the company and industry. Being able to adapt on the fly was something that many people were able to bring your best to the workplace. At Capital One I was able to showcase my technical know how to the fullest, and bring a fresh and positive perspective to the company.

Data Entry/Quality Assurance

Your Home Improvement Company
02.2014 - 10.2019
  • I started in marketing and was quickly promoted to data entry. I entered large amounts of customer data weekly and kept an organized database and archive, I can type at 80wpm with 100% accuracy. I began Quality Assurance in addition to my data entry a short time after. Where I created multiple in depth QA forms in which to properly score marketing calls to use as a training aid. I also applied my IT knowledge to fix my computer issues in the marketing room.

Inventory Management Specialist

Walmart Inc.
08.2012 - 02.2014
  • At Walmart I was in Inventory Management, where I worked with a small team to inventory the store daily. We had the most accurate inventory in the upper midwest during my time in that position. I received an employee of the month award for going above and beyond my duties, and for helping further when I could have just gone with the status quo.

Phone Customer Service

Bluestem Brands
10.2010 - 07.2012
  • With Bluestem I worked for two different brands, Fingerhut and Gettington. My role was to assist customers in placing catalog/online orders and making payments on items they have purchased. This was my first call center job and I learned many of the basics and I have used those lessons to this day.
