- Recording vital signs: Take residents blood pressure,temperature, and other vital signs.
- Measuring and recording food intake,documenting food and liquid intake.
- Communicating with nurses and taking instructions, acting on those instructions. Listen to and record patients health concerns,and communicating those concerns to nurses.
- Enhanced communication between patients, families, and medical staff by serving as a liaison for information sharing and updates on patient progress.
