Work History

Health Promoter

Vamos Health
08.2024 - 02.2025
  • I was the first contact with the public to provide information about the clinic, knowing a great number of stories and cultures that each one lived in a different way.
  • I helped people who are not legally here in the United States so that they can be part of private health insurance without needing papers.
  • Usually talking with 25 people per day, and showing our private health insurance

Cashier

Delta Center
02.2024 - 07.2024
  • I learned to handle different audiences of people since there was a wide variety of events for both children and adults, therefore the audience changes in each one.
  • I learned how to operate the cash register and do various inventories depending on which station I was assigned to and in which position to see that everything was complete.
  • I learned the different names of the stands and what was sold at each one since I was in most of them, also how different machines worked and how long each one took.

Band Member (Mellophone)

The Bee Band
01.2020 - 12.2021
    • I learned how to play wind instruments, being able to get several notes and then make a joint composition between the whole band while we marched and did choreographies.
    • I learned to read sheet music with notes and silences, taking into account which note the instrument started on, so that I could make a joint composition without having different solos.
    • I learned to march in yards with exact steps so that we were all very coordinated with the choreographies and a good composition could be seen together, forming figures and organizations.

Homeless Helper

Colegio Presentacion Centro Mano a Mano
02.2019 - 09.2020
  • I helped people on the street, giving them some food and resources that they need to survive every day.
  • I did some interviews with the people on the street, find out about their life situation and how they got to that lifestyle.
  • Sometimes I can do an interview with 10 homeless and see how they end in that life style.
