Collaborated with engineers to implement design modifications and enhancements. Assisted military personnel with the research and incorporation of technical directives as well as performing phase, scheduled and conditional maintenance in support of Marine Corps aviation operations.

Monitored work center maintenance programs including hazardous materials and wastes, tool control, foreign object damage prevention, respiratory protection and emergency reclamation. Additional responsibilities included planning and assignment of daily maintenance tasks, training and mentoring of new mechanics, performance or inspection of maintenance and proper documentation of all discrepancies.
