Summary

I’m a mission-driven professional with 5 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, safety, and team coordination. As a Boatswain’s Mate, I gained hands-on experience in vessel operations, maintenance, and emergency response—all within high-tempo, high-stakes environments that required focus, discipline, and adaptability.

Beyond my operational role, I took the initiative during my final year of service to step into a leadership position on my ship’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) team. There, I organized and led a wide variety of events designed to boost crew morale and foster connection during long deployments. From ship-wide tournaments to everyday morale boosters, I found fulfillment in creating moments that brought people together and supported overall well-being.

I take pride in my ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team. I’m passionate about supporting others and creating positive environments, no matter the setting. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset, I’m always ready to take on new challenges and continue growing professionally and personally. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Moral, Welfare, Recreation team member

During my final year in the Navy, I volunteered to be part of the MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) team aboard my aircraft carrier—and it ended up being one of the most rewarding experiences of my service. I took on a leadership role and had the opportunity to plan and execute hundreds of events for the crew, from fitness challenges and talent shows to movie nights, tournaments, and large-scale holiday celebrations. What I enjoyed most was the chance to connect with so many different people. I’ve always loved bringing others together and creating moments that lift spirits and strengthen bonds. Interacting with others in this way—through shared experiences, laughter, and community—is something I truly enjoy and continue to value in everything I do.
