- Pending ASIN deep diving for ICQA on items auto populating LAFs per regional request with no prior LAF submitted, deep diving into what: day, time and AA that posted the request averaging 4-10 a day
- Using YMS “yard master service” in correlation with Event history to track: where in the FC, moves placed, Dock Doors, blue/reg tag notes or off-loading of trailers that can affect SLA times and problem solve pile counts. E.G., trailers virtually received offsite or virtually received from parking slips
- Lead Non-Conveyable “Non-Con”
- Problem solving, Cubic scanning and processing of non-conveyable items out of our FC into a Non-Sort by building pallets, recording every ASIN up to 24 pallets per trailer to be: bound and trickled to the pending Non-Sort FC in our ARC, in a timely manner per the requested VRID, averaging 2 trailer a week depending on the load available during the receive process
- Ensure any and all questions fellow Non-Con AAs are met, including the training of new AAs
- Lead Undeliverable Customer Returns “UDCrets”
- Processing of undeliverable customer returns in a timely manner to ensure FIFO of returning packages; payment received back to the customer
- Partnering with Vrets “vendor returns” to send RVR “returned vendor return” products to them for processing
- Relaying any and all new info to fellow UDcrets and psers alike to ensure reverse logistics sent to stow per UDcrets and Vrets are stowed out and not sent throughout the building, thus dwelling for IOL
