In this role, I led lifeguard operations and emergency preparedness across multiple municipal facilities, combining frontline safety oversight with staff education and public service.

• I supervised a staff of up to 30 lifeguards and trained lifeguards city-wide in emergency response, patient assessment, CPR/AED use, and rescue protocols, ensuring consistent compliance with StarGuard Elite BLS, and city safety standards. As a Certified Basic Life Support Instructor, I delivered initial and renewal CPR, AED, and airway management training, supporting high responder readiness and skill retention.
• I oversaw lifeguard certification, re-certification, and ongoing in-service education across 20 city pools, coordinating staffing and training coverage to maintain continuous emergency preparedness. I provided safety oversight and customer care for 6,000–10,000 monthly patrons, including pediatric, geriatric, and special-needs populations.
