● Work with the Principal Systems Engineer and other Practice Managers to develop proposals and coordinate engineering projects.
● Work cross-functionally with Customers, Account Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Service Managers, Vendors, Distributors, and Third-party contractors.
● Communicate in a timely and accurate manner with all parties as to the progress and completion of each project.
● Conduct kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, and project closure meetings.
● Create and manage project plans for all projects.
● Create and implement process improvement documentation—train staff on new processes and quality processes.
● Identify and assign resources required fulfilling project delivery.
