I manage and operate a small electrical business, were I design and install electrical systems, I do a variety of services back up generators, lighting systems, panel up grades, trouble shooting residential and commercial systems.

• Interpreted blueprints, schematics, and diagrams of project requirements and initiated appropriate electrical installations.
• Evaluated existing electrical systems for maintenance, repair, and update requirements.
• Assisted in design and installation of electrical systems and components.
• Tested electrical systems and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
• Repaired or replaced wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Spliced, joined and connected wire to fixtures and other electrical components.

I was part of a 12 man team that provided a first responder service for 24/7 coverage on baltimore gas and electrics power system. we worked from a bucket truck as a 1 man crew that was dispatched to trouble calls.we would asses the problem and make repairs if possible or refer to crews if need be.we worked storm work and would take necessary power outages to make repairs.

• Installed, spliced and maintained overhead and underground power lines for residential and commercial customers.
• Observed company safety rules and regulations to minimize workplace accidents and reduce electric shocks.
• Followed all safety protocols and regulations while working at height and with live electricity.
• Removed old poles and hardware and replaced with new equipment.
