  • Due to the success story achieved, the property was listed on the market late summer and sold after move in for a NET IRR of 24.8%.

  • Oversaw day to day operations of a brand new student housing luxury new development, "Reign Living at The Stadium" consisting of 126 units / 504 beds and managed 14 on-site employees.

  • Achieved 7.5% rent growth and 100% occupancy for AY 2021 and AY 2022 in addition to exceeding budgeted NOI by 16.9% during first year of operation.
  • Directed and managed the complete rebranding of "Reign Living at The Stadium" to "The Row at The Stadium" after The Preiss Company purchased the property and transitioned management in-house from Peak Campus in May 2021.
