  • My role has helped me develop great listening skills to be able to deliver excellent customer service as well as enhancing my verbal communication
  • Reason for leaving: I valued my time that I had at DSW
  • Unfortunately there was no room for growth or advancement to build a career and I needed anopportunity to grow
  • My compensation was also too low considering the economical costs due to inflation.
