  • Company Overview: Marine Corps Community Services (Bldg. RR 136 Booker T Washington Rd Camp Lejeune, NC)
  • Supervising a staff that consists of NF1 and NF2, duties include scheduling, assigning and distributing work, counseling, completing performance reviews, mentoring, approving and disapproving leave, completing weekly payroll and helping these employees grow and achieve their career goals.
  • Oversees overall operation of the fitness facility which includes but is not limited to maintenance of equipment and facility, insures the facility and surrounding grounds are clean and safe, assisting in ordering fitness equipment, working within a budget for payroll, supplies and replacements and renewals.
  • Ensuring the facility is in compliance with fire, safety and environmental rules and regulations as well as Semper Fit’s policies and procedures. Monthly inspections with the Area Coordinator are conducted to ensure the facility is clean and all fire inspections have been up to date and to review all open maintenance work requests
  • Work closely with the MARSCO PERRES Program Strength Coaches, Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainers. Together we work as a team to offer World Class Customer Service and provide a facility to support our military service members.
