Global Payroll and Stock - HRIT

• Lead the Payroll IT team responsible for NCDOT employees pay in US.
• Lead and manage development and execution of change management plans key initiatives and other changes, working closely
• Designed a Zero touch ,100% digitized Global Payroll with no vendor dependency
• Understand the as-is process and document the future state requirements.
• Designed and developed app "MyPay" as a single UI for all employees to access payroll info. This reduced employee case count by 1800+ in one quarter
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to triage defects during Post Go-Live of the Project, identified the root cause of
  the issue, and customized the application to make sure all the defects are resolved without any performance issues.
• Developed Payroll outbound Interfaces to send files to ADP which runs payroll for NCDOT employees globally.
• Generated standard and ad-hoc reports for analysis on compensation, benefits, statistics, and other HR related topics as needed.
• Developed test plans, test scripts, and datasheets from functional and design specifications for HR and Payroll modules.
• Involved in the transformation of hiring platform from Virtual edge to Avature
