• Closely tracking and monitoring of operational and business performance, including revenue, expenses and business overheads, with working capital (cash & Inventory).
• Presenting the above information to multiple stakeholders during MT meetings & Group stakeholders meetings.
• Leading business reviews and Monthly operations meetings and representing finance with external stakeholders, partners for any new agreement & contracts.
• Participating in preparing investments proposals for New products & projects.
• Leading Business Transformation across functions.

• Budgeting, Forecasting, Ops Planning, Business control, compliance and Cost management for SE & SEA Business.
• Preparation of Long-Range Plans, and regular re-forecasts & relevant comments on business outlooks.
• Monthly review of Profit & Loss statement with local management & reporting.

• Financial planning & analysis for business: Budgeting, Forecasting, cost control, Inventory management, Working capital management and review of financial statements.

• Extended role is to conduct process trainings for new joiners including non-tech trainings like MS Excel for existing team members.
