4. Focused primarily on the Information Technology skills.
6. Over ~600 Plus positions to manage with an average offer of 80 to 100 every day.
Onboards.
1. Act as a key Liaison to Business Leads and Recruitment leads and Onboarding teams @ATCi, help achieve the agreed targets.
2. Managing 8 advancement POC’s who work on addressing candidate concerns and ensure there is a smooth onboarding process created and thus better candidate experience and minimal Reneges.
3. Work Closely with the BGV teams as well.
