• Cleaning and sanitizing all bathroom surfaces.
• Removing soap scum and mildew.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the toilet.
• Replacing toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.

Bedroom Cleaning:

• Changing bed linens and making beds.
• Dusting and cleaning bedroom furniture.
• Vacuuming carpets or cleaning and polishing hardwood floors.

General Cleaning Tasks:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and tables.
• Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Restocking bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Window and Glass Cleaning:

• Cleaning windows and glass doors.
• Removing smudges, fingerprints, and dirt from glass surfaces.

Carpet Cleaning:

• Vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets.
• Using carpet cleaning equipment for deep cleaning (as needed).

Cleaning Guest Rooms:

• Make beds and change bed linens.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Vacuum or sweep floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures.
• Replace towels and amenities.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Check for any maintenance issues or damage in the room.

Restocking Supplies:

• Ensure that guest rooms are stocked with toiletries, tissues, and amenities.
• Replenish minibar items if applicable.
• Replenish coffee and tea supplies.

Inspecting and Reporting:

• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and orderliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the maintenance department.
• Report lost and found items to the appropriate department.

Public Areas:

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in these areas.
• Clean and sanitize elevator buttons, handrails, and other high-touch surfaces.

Laundry:

• Sort and wash linens, towels, and guest room bedding.
• Fold and store clean laundry.
• Remove stains and perform basic laundry tasks.

Special Requests:

• Accommodate special guest requests such as providing extra blankets or pillows.
• Set up cribs or rollaway beds in guest rooms when needed.

Lost and Found:

• Document and store any lost and found items.
• Return lost items to guests when claimed or follow the hotel's procedures for lost and found.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Properly maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.

Safety and Security:

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to hotel security policies.
• Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Team Communication:

• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure the smooth turnover of guest rooms.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Housekeeping Inventory:

• Keep track of cleaning supplies and toiletries inventory and inform supervisors when restocking is necessary.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards.
• Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
