Follow blue prints and travelers to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

Supervise up to 100 people on production lines when the supervisor is away. Also help out with training new employees on a production line.

Capable of performing all the duties associated with Quality Control Inspector. Checking products before they are put on a production line making sure they are the right components for that work order. Checking products after they are produced using measuring tools such as calipers, radial gage, and depth gage. Identifying and eliminating defects. Same products are inspected in a lab. Print shipper labels for products being run on the line. Performs final inspection. Record inspection onto paper records. Enter daily shift production quantities on the Daily Production Spread Sheet in the computer. Help with the training of new Quality Assurance employees.

Checking concentrate and propellant weights on digital scales that records the information into Excel. Checking product using measuring tools such as calipers, depth gage, and radial gage. Identifying and eliminating defects. Help out with training new Quality Control employees.
