  • The Council's efforts to secure its infrastructure was begun by conducting the research, funding and development necessary while curtailing spending
  • In the Fall of 2013, the Council voted to direct a portion of the Town's revenues to be set aside as reserve funds each year
  • The purpose is to have funds on hand for capital improvements for the water and sewer service
  • Has been applauded for its economic efficiency
