• Provide learning support to students in specific MBA and MSc modules, contributing to the discussion and responding promptly to student questions
• Ensure University processes and regulations are followed by complying with University regulations, policies and UK Data Protection laws
• Maintain a record of student engagement and progress, reporting concerns to the Module Coordinator and informing the Student Support if a student is not engaging or progressing as expected
• Explain the concepts delivered in the module and help students apply and transcribe theory into practice
• Provide formative and summative feedback and mark student work, including internal moderation and resubmission marking
• Support students through resubmission attempts and marking resits
• Virtual meetings with dissertation students to discuss their research projects and get progress updates.

• Work collaboratively in an innovative academic environment, partnering with the student advising and academic teams to deliver students with relevant, contextualized, and competency-based learning
• Create high-quality, engaging academic experiences for students as they work toward achieving professional and educational goals in the MBA and Research Methods programs
• Actively engage students in class discussions, encouraging them to participate and demonstrate critical thinking and analysis
• Helped students to connect concepts across their academic program and apply their learning to real-life scenarios
• Provided formative and summative feedback to students weekly, maintaining and submitting accurate and timely reports and student grades/progress
• Manage assessment and moderation processes, board preparation, External Examiner contact and resits
• Undertake module moderation and reviews on completion of modules.

• Deliver an engaging online learning environment that promotes student success through asynchronous and synchronous interaction, active learning opportunities, timely and helpful feedback, and self-assessment opportunities
• Using the Socratic approach to challenge students to use critical thinking in online discussion forums and course assignments
• Maintain weekly virtual office hours and respond to students’ queries promptly
• Partner with Academic Advisors to address student concerns
• Contribute to the university’s learning culture by participating in curriculum and system task forces such as the Graduate Steering Committee and workshops and meetings.

Mentoring DBA students through the doctoral process, following university protocols and policies and ensuring that students were aware of the importance of making satisfactory progress with their research projects. Encourage and support students throughout the dissertation process, including proposal development, IRB approval, literature review, and research methodologies. Monitor and record progress from proposal development and ethics approval through completing the final dissertation.

· Facilitate 8-week mentored doctoral dissertation classes

· Ensure that students know current research related to the chosen research project and that the research method is appropriate.

· Advise students on academic integrity matters and signpost them to the university’s Academic Integrity Policy.

· Respond to student queries promptly and provide feedback on submitted work.
