After guiding two teenage daughters into their respective high school AICE programs, a stay-at-home mom returning to the workforce to fulfill her longtime desire to teach. Seeking to transition into the education profession through a combination of substitute teaching and/or teacher assisting positions which may develop into a full-time role. Background includes an accomplished career in the Human Resources profession managing and supporting employees to achieve both personal and company goals.
As a result of a corporate merger, an integral part of a team to harmonize several company benefit plans into one consolidated platform. Experience in redesigning, implementing and communicating new benefit plans, while at the same time, outsourcing manual administrative processes to a third-party vendor (ADP) for a new company of 6,000 employees.
