I am a newly certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), passionate about the support and development of individuals with special needs. I have a solid background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and experience in the implementation of intervention plans designed to improve the communicative, social and adaptive skills of clients. I stand out for my ability to work in a team, follow ethical procedures, and maintain an empathetic and positive attitude in challenging environments. I am committed to encouraging the progress of clients under my care, using evidence-based strategies to achieve their behavioral goals. I have experience working with children within the autism spectrum since I have worked for a year in an inclusive daycare.
