• Much of my internet experience was administering and moderating discussion groups for over a decade. Some of the groups I moderated were for fans of cable reality shows, Paranormal State and Psychic Kids. That topic, during the peak of the paranormal rage during the mid 2000s, gave me a good deal of experience handling problem posts and troll activity. However, my first moderation work involved grief and depression support groups.
