  • Monitor all JKA JKB and J6A ORU Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) make sure they are updated yearly.
  • Conducts independent analysis for the purpose of resolving complex and varied work process issues.
  • Credit Balance ensure that providers submit properly completed reports on time, claims adjustments are properly made, payments are suspended for non-compliance, and demand letters are used for delinquent reports.
