Associate Educarer is responsible for meeting social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical needs of a group of young children ages 12 to 20 months through developmentally appropriate practices. Supports students success initiatives for department.

• Instructed and evaluated students in classroom in alignment with Center mission for 13 years by incorporating innovative teaching and learning strategies.
• Encouraged class discussions by building discussions into lessons, actively soliciting input, asking open-ended questions and using techniques to track student progress.

• Planned and implemented different daily activities to enhance overall development and growth of every student.
• Guided 2 student teachers and teaching aides in classroom management, leading by example and thoroughly answering questions.
• Communicated frequently with 10 parents daily about student growth and progress, recommending at-home reinforcement to support struggling students.
• Worked closely with administration for compliance with state curricula.

• Safely loaded items into delivery container to minimize damage while in transit.
• Developed strong interpersonal and communication skills from interacting professionally with dispatchers, upper management, and peers.
• Followed company policies and procedures during shift.
• Established lasting relationships with Technicians by delivering packages on time, interacting professionally, and responding promptly to questions.
