Planned and implemented daily program activates for 15-20 preschool children. Developed lesson in the areas of science, math, language, representation. classification, spacial relation, and time. Prepared evaluations and met with parents to discuss the process of each child during parent teacher conferences.

Responsible for the safely and well-being of a group of children between the ages of 4 and 6. Planned and coordinated developmentally appropriate lessons and actives. As well as organized felid trips and designed learning centers. Worked one on one with each child while communicating on a daily bais with each parent.

Implemented program-level departmental policies, procedures, and managed budgets to support educational programs and curriculums. Established and updated objectives and tools for the overall program and each department to enhance operations. Responsible for teaching a group of preschool children between the ages of 4 and 6.

Working in home with children with disabilities. Developing and implementing intensive individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior and other psychosocial issues.

Responsible for planning and implanting lessons and activities, for a 16 year old girl with MDS behavioral issues. Developed individual treatment goals based on history and diagnosis.

Worked with MDS behavioral and functional students from early interventions through high school. Followed classroom plans left by class teacher to continue student education and reinforce core concepts. Upheld classroom routines to support student environments and maintain consistent schedules.
