  • Builds rapport with children and families and promotes respectful, culturally responsive, and trusting relationships.
  • Builds parent's knowledge and ability to support their child's cognitive, social emotional, and physical, development, including promotion of emergent literacy and dual language supports and involves parents in activities to encourage parents as their child's first teachers.
