• I've been self employed for about 4 years now.

•I have more than 10 years of experience in Construction Field.

•I've done a lot of remodeling and renovation work. I remodeled many interiors, build additions and repair exterior damages. I am very experienced in overall construction. The reason why i am applying for this position is because i would love to have a part time job for the more stable income.

• Another reason is that i love to work, and I have many skills and tools that i can use to succeed with many tasks. I am ready and willing to work and tackle upcoming projects.
