COMPANY OVERVIEW: Acquired by Zebra Technologies, Fetch Robotics provides the industry's only cloud-driven Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solution that addresses material handling and data collection for warehousing and intralogistics environments

  • Supported full life cycle recruiting for software and sales with Fetch Robotics. Transitioned into supporting Zebra roles, specifically Product Management, Product Marketing and Operations roles
  • Oversaw the entire recruitment and selection process: created job postings, prescreened candidates, qualifying them for current and future opportunities, presented summary of candidate qualifications to hiring managers, provided managers and candidates with post interview feedback, closed candidates and presented offers
  • Six candidates placed in the first 6 weeks and averaged 5-6 placements each month for the remainder of the contract
  • Filled 4 positions, all assigned to outside agencies, saving the company $100,000 in agency fees
  • Provided coaching to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches; worked with the HR team to streamline existing recruiting processes and procedures
  • Created projects full of potential candidates on SeekOut for the managers to review
  • Used LinkedIn messages to pitch the company and the roles; created and shared LinkedIn Insight reports to provide managers with visibility into the current talent pool to define realistic expectations with respect to timeline and talent
