• Manages high-value R&D projects with ease, adept at handling complexity.
• Leads program facilitation, chartering sessions, and integration/compression meetings.
• Coordinates program control meetings, making schedule changes as needed.
• Maintains program updates, action logs, risk registers, and supports workshops.
• Collaborates with consultants in large planning sessions, interprets VOC and VOB needs.

• Manage the project life-cycle as a project manager
• Develope the project specification for the vessel modification/retrofit project
• Collaborate with Design team to develop the project drawing / documents
• Develope the list of necessary project materials, and Collaborate with the purchasing team to process
with the material procurement
• Providing training to the customer regarding the project deliverables

• Work with Port Engineer to develop repair shipyard specifications and manage the repair of the vessels
• Collaborate with purchasing team to assist in the material procurement
• Liaison with the vessel Chief Engineer/Captain on required maintenance needs
• Regularly attend vessels during times of out of service or dry-docking
• Develop maintenance and repair cost analysis sheets and monitor the budget
• Support the reliability project for Crowley Fleet

• Provide customers with professional expertise in technical concerns for 2 & 4 stroke engine and engine system
• Coordinate field services for offshore and merchant marine customers
• Field service for DIESEL/LNG power plant and offshore drilling customers

• Build professional rapport with Offshore/Merchant marine clients in North America
• Provide technical expertise and field service for Hyundai 2-stroke/4-stroke engine
• Troubleshoot and improve efficiency in engine operation

• Operate and maintain 2-stroke propulsion engines, engine control systems, and steering gear. Manage engine department resources and oversee inspection schedules.

• Proficient in 4-stroke generator engines, emergency generators, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and auxiliary machinery. Maintain the ship's power management system.

• Skilled in operating main boilers, electric panels, refrigerant plants, air-conditioning systems, fresh water generators, and anti-corrosion systems. Monitor and repair refrigerated cargo containers.
