Working as a Home Health Aide, I realized that I need to become a CNA because my current job is restricted to help my patients with only activities of daily living. But I can not participate in any activities of their medical related issues. It made me feel frustrated and decide to study and become a CNA. I know, even though I will have to ask an advice of LPN or RN about some medical issues of my patients, that it will still help me because I will participate in the process and not feel left out.
