Ten Weeks Intensive Course , where we were taught how to oversee employees and guiding daily operations in a business. We were taught to analyze situation, problems and challenges , how to guide employees in their assigned roles and responsibilities, manage methods of efficiency and process of production , review performance and developing improvements, planning , organizing , leading and controlling.
We were also taught how to manage performance and maintain discipline, communication skills, team building and leadership , transitioning to a supervisory position, fairly assigning workload , coping and dealing with conflicts , buildings a sound team and ensuring that the staffs are motivated.
