This experience in the United States was transformative for my growth as a physician. I gained hands-on experience with diverse Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Meditech, Enable healthcare,eClinicalWorks, and Practice Fusion. Throughout this period, I encountered a broad spectrum of cases, including routine follow-ups, yearly physicals, and complex conditions like COPD, rhabdomyolysis, opioid addiction, obesity, acute febrile illness, and pneumonia. As a clinical intern, I studied cases and presented them to my preceptor, while making PowerPoint presentations on topics such as managing Type-2 diabetes and anemia.I led the effort to update clinical documentation and verify its accuracy at the end of each day, ensuring proper and precise records for each patient.

• As a duty medical officer, I educated patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment alternatives, preventive measures, and lifestyle adjustments, encouraging their proactive participation in managing their health.
